By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the My Wallet application ("App", "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the App.
2. License to Use
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and royalty-free license to use My Wallet for your personal, non-commercial bookkeeping purposes on your compatible devices, in accordance with these Terms.
3. Not Financial or Tax Advice
Important Disclaimer:
My Wallet is an organizational self-help tool designed for personal record-keeping. The App does not provide certified financial, accounting, investment, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of any calculations and consulting a certified professional for formal financial matters.
4. User Responsibilities & Data Backups
Because My Wallet operates locally on your device:
- Device Security: You are responsible for maintaining the physical security of your mobile device, including setting screen locks, PINs, or biometric protections.
- Backups: You are responsible for initiating backups (such as enabling the optional Google Drive sync) to safeguard your data against accidental device loss, hardware damage, or system wipes.
- Google Account Access: When using Google Drive backups, you are responsible for maintaining control and security of your connected Google Account.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App, except where permitted by applicable law.
- Use the App for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.
- Interfere with or disrupt the security or integrity of third-party APIs used by the App.
6. Intellectual Property
The App, including its visual design, UI layouts, brand elements, code, and documentation, is the proprietary property of the developers and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Termination
You may terminate this agreement at any time simply by discontinuing use and deleting the App from your device. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App or update these Terms at any time without prior notice.
